• Advance payments are generally non-refundable.
• Date changes depend on availability.
• Approved refunds will be processed as applicable.

4. Delivery Timeline

Edited photos and videos will be delivered within the timeframe committed for your selected package.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate event details.
• Ensure venue permissions if required.
• Inform us of important moments in advance.

6. Copyright & Usage

BR22 Films retains copyright of all captured content unless otherwise agreed. Clients receive personal-use rights for delivered content.

7. Equipment & Technical Issues

We use professional equipment and backup systems. Liability is limited to the amount paid in unavoidable technical situations.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unavoidable events.

9. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is used only for booking and communication purposes and is not shared without consent unless required by law.

10. Drone Flying Terms & Conditions

Drone flying will be conducted only where legally permitted under DGCA rules and safe weather conditions. Flights may be cancelled or restricted due to no-fly zones, venue restrictions, or safety concerns without liability.
